01Profile

I developed my career within an international group, eventually taking responsibility for the social media strategy of two consumer brands.

Thermomix®A world of cooking
KoboldA world of home cleaning

My role: turning brand, communications and business challenges into relevant, high-performing social media conversations.

Anne-Sophie Clément
Day to day

I keep multiple priorities moving
at the same time, rather than
handling them one by one.

Strategy, creative, production, communities, analysis, coordination: my role is to hold all of it together, at the right pace, in service of a single brand.

Experience

And instincts honed
over thirteen years
that save valuable time.

Thirteen years in-house have taught me to make informed decisions, allocate resources wisely and adapt quickly when reality doesn't follow the plan. Knowing where to focus my energy — and where not to waste it.

A strong social media presence
is built on decisions.

Which subject, which format, which platform, which moment — and sometimes, what you choose not to publish. It is the accumulation of those decisions that turns a run of content into a brand presence.

Paid social — I developed a foundational understanding of paid social by working alongside the Acquisition Manager, coordinating key campaign moments and editorial calendars. I did not manage paid campaigns day to day. I continue to develop my knowledge through industry research and independent learning.

Project 01National product launchThermomix® TM7 · 2025

Adapt, don't just repost.

Launch of the Thermomix® TM7 in France. An internationally developed campaign, to be adapted to the expectations and habits of the French market.

01Challenge

Making an international campaign work on the French market.

02My role

Leading organic social media for the French launch.

03My decision

Selecting and adapting the relevant international assets rather than republishing them as they were — then creating additional content specifically for France.

04What I did

Creative briefs, designing visuals, shooting and editing some of the content, coordinating outsourced production, roll-out and follow-up.

05Evidence

Rolled out on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, with YouTube for selected key moments.

Project 02The editorial engineTwo brands · all year

Bringing two brands to life.
All year round.

Two distinct worlds, an ongoing presence across three platforms, a demanding commercial calendar and a team of three.

Context: Thermomix France's TikTok account launched in 2022; Kobold France's launched in May 2026.
01Challenge

Maintaining a consistent publishing schedule for both brands without compromising either brand's identity.

02My role

Building the editorial line and the schedule, setting priorities and organising production.

03My decision

Re-adjusting the schedule continuously rather than fixing it at the start of the year.

04What I did

Weighing business priorities, observed performance, platform changes and trends specific to each brand.

05Evidence

More than 350 pieces of content produced and published in 2025 across both brands — maintaining that pace consistently throughout the year.

04How I adjust
Measure

Every month I look at the content that actually generated engagement: shares, saves, comments and interactions — beyond reach and view counts.

→
What it taught us

Educational and demonstration content generates more signals of interest and sharing: it makes the product benefit immediately understandable and feeds directly into brand awareness.

→
The adjustment

An explanatory format tested on our content shows particularly strong potential on TikTok. Rather than duplicating it as-is on Instagram, we are turning it into a recurring slot designed for TikTok — a platform opened for Kobold France in May 2026.

Project 03The network as a channel≈ 8,000 advisors · since 2020

Build skills,
not blanket bans.

In 2020, the in-home demonstration model was severely disrupted. Without a shared framework, Thermomix® and Kobold advisors turned to social media.

The challenge

Professionalising the practice rather than banning it. Scope of the original programme: approximately 8,000 advisors across the Thermomix® and Kobold networks.

My role

Designing the programme, training and supporting the network over time.
